Planning

From a Project Management perspective, Planning is where the bulk of their work take place. During Planning, detailed requirements are documented and the procurement process occurs. Project Managers plan for managing and tracking scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, quality, resources, and project documentation.

The Enterprise Architect engages specifically with the Procurement Process within the Planning Stage. This involves both the input on and review of the RFP prior to submission, and the Contract prior to signing.
